Breeze Church management app
Jefferson Avenue uses the Breeze ChMS app as its digital church directory. Here you can access pictures and contact information on congregation members and update your own information within the directory.
Access
Breeze is available only to members of the congregation. If the church office already has an email address on file for you, you can create your own user account within Breeze as follows:
- Visit https://jacoc.breezechms.com
- Click on "Create Account"
If your contact information is not found, you will need to contact the church office and request that they update your information so that you can create an account.
Installing the Mobile App
The Breeze ChMS app is available in the Apple iOS and Google Play app stores as follows:
- On your mobile device, search for "Breeze ChMS"
- Once you have installed the app, you will be prompted for an organization ID. Enter, "JACOC".
- Login using the email address and password created by following the Access instructions above.
