Rejoice with us. We have a new brother in Christ, Callan McCord. He made the great confession and put Christ on in baptism. He is the son of Michael & Kayla McCord. Lift him up in prayer and surround him with God’s love as he begins his new journey in Christ.
Rejoice with us. We have a new brother and sister in Christ, John Steven Baggett & Anna Kathryn Baggett were baptized into Christ. They are the children of Rebecca Carr (formerly Baggett; Maiden, Lane). Lift them up in prayer and surround them with God’s Love as they begin a new journey in Christ.
Lucy Smith requests prayers for her sister, Judy Lewis, who has Parkinson Disease and has now been diagnosed with Leukemia.
Continue in prayer for Asher, Morgan, Archie and Phineas Palomo. Due to their premature arrival, the boys will be heavily monitored for a while. Prayers for the family are much appreciated. If you would like to show some love towards the family to help cover expenses as they face an extended stay at the hospital, cash and other means can be given to the church office or ministers.
Fran Castleman has been moved to Overton County Health and Rehab while she continues to recover. Cards can be sent to:318 Bilbrey Street, Livingston TN. 38570.
Cathey Clark was able to start her chemo Monday.
Pray for our graduating High School Seniors: Kyle Carnes, Ava Farris, Erin Lewis, Lydia Love, Pearl Organ, Gabriel Wiles.
Sympathy to Sarah (Bobby) Lane in the passing of her father, James Austin Dalton, who passed Saturday night. Visitation with the family will be held at Hooper Huddleston Horner Cookeville Chapel today, Wednesday, May 14 from 4pm to 8pm and again on Thursday from 10am until time of the service at 11am. We will have a meal for the family of 50 people. Please have you food here by 12 noon.
Sympathy to Lee Graham in the passing of her husband and our David Graham. A memorial services will be held 2 pm on Saturday, May 17 at the Old Bon Air Cemetery. Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Sparta is in charge.
Puppet Practice – Any 2nd-5th grader who would like to serve on a puppet team for Children’s Bible Hour is asked to meet after Bible class in the upstairs singing room Wednesday, May 28th. We will be done no later than 8 PM. See Andy Brewster with questions.
