All Adult Bible Classes will be in the large auditorium on Sunday to listen to the guest speaker, George Funk from Gospel Chariots.

Sympathy to Jim and Carol Lynn in the loss of their son, Craig Lynn, who passed away on Wednesday morning. He was the brother of Cheri Harold, and the uncle of Alyssa Bishop and Samantha Parker. Arrangements are incomplete.

Sympathy to Sue McLarty in the passing of her husband and our Durley McLarty. His funeral was held Saturday.

Sympathy to Steve Leddy in the passing of his cousin, Bettie Taylor Estes-Rickner, of Norman, Oklahoma, who passed away Monday June 22. Her funereal was held yesterday in Oklahoma.

Sycamore Elementary school supplies - Donations needed! As a sponsor/adopter of Sycamore Elementary, JA supplies students with needed items for the coming school year. This year, we will be providing supplies for 1st and 2nd Grades, plus 2 CDC classes. If you would like to donate, you can give checks or cash to the church office or to Jane Foy. Please make checks payable to the church with “school supplies” in the memo. Thank you for your support in this effort every year! Contact Jane with any questions.

Community Car Care Clinic: Free car inspection and wash (while you wait: ladies’ nail polishing, childcare, snacks) on Saturday, July 25 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! To request appointment call 931-526-4605 or email office@jacoc.org. This service is geared for single moms in the community. JA is asking our ladies for volunteers to help with nail polishing and childcare; our men to help with the cars. Starlight Bible Academy is seeking applicants to teach ($24/hr) and assist ($12.50/hr) with Bible lessons to public school students at the Jefferson Avenue church building. Wednesday, July 15– Kids Avenue– Playground Hangout / Everyone—Summer of Sweet Fellowship-Enjoy an evening of fellowship and desserts after services as we continue reflecting on the Goodness of God. Various desserts will be provided.
